Talon Penta Kill too easy?

Look at how many levels he has compared to his enemies.
its not hard to get ahead as talon, the only time when he's weak at all is early game before he gets an item. But he's incredibly strong right now.
He is full build at 30 minutes and those people are worth uh what 100ish gold???? Looks like a guy that knows how to use his advantage.
