What is the worst flash you've ever seen?

I was playing a game where I was Graves and an enemy was Teemo. I only had a couple hundred health left but I went to go attack a turret anyways. He was so low I thought he wouldn't safely be able to get me. But I stepped on a shroom. In my last few milliseconds before it killed me, I figured to just fire off a q in hopes that it would at least do something. For some reason he didn't seem to realize that I was going to die from the shroom damage and so he flashed to try to finish me off. I died, but then because of his amazing flash, he flashed right into my q and died lol.

Always failed wall flashes........ Obviously those are the best.

Flashes where the enemy will die no matter if they flash or not.

Flashes when my GF shows me those Ta Ta's

Every single time I try to flash away from a targeted ability, thinking it'll cancel the cast animation.

This was something I saw in a video.

A shaco, used his Q in a goofy way, which cause his opponent Garen to flash over a wall, which he didn't cross, And completely Juking him.

More of a troll than a fail flash, but I thought it was funny.

Playing Thresh and their Gnar was in mega but was around 50 hp running around blue side mid outer, I flash hooked to the outer but he had moved to the side, I guess he thought he would be hit so he flashed towards the outer turret and really fulfilled the name Death Sentence.

I went to flash/ fire an ability back towards where I was as an ADC, but go ahead of myself and flashed right where I was aiming my skills hot, aka right on top of the enemy
