Can someone explain why

Literally every game there is always that ONE person, who is like "gg" when its like 4 minutes in. I had a jungler say gg when he died while invading and he said "gg no team" Then 20 minutes later he is playing "hide and seek" this is ranked . Like why are people so stupid. My brain just doesnt wrap around that
