Improvement to League Mobile APP

I Think that Riot has put a lot of effort on their Client in form of user interface etc. But they have forgotten their Mobile app, for the player who doesnt know.

Leagues Mobile app is theoreticly just your client chat Without more features that can improve a players circle of friends. I think they should make a couple of features in form of locating various players via location module on the smartphone,Ipad or PC . And connecting those players, the game is much more interesting if the players are from the same country near location, it would help the language difference and make the game much more intresting for the individuel players who are looking for solo duo partner.
