Dodging Ranked Queue

I really don't know why you are punished for dodging a ranked queue. If anything it allows for less toxic games, and a more friendly environment. For example, lets say Summoner A joins a queue, and Summoner B joins the same one. Now summoner B has been having a bad day, and sitting at 0 LP, he just wants to troll. So he bans Taric, Yorick and Poppy, then instalocks Galio jungle. Now Summoner A is sitting here thinking, "Well, this guys just gonna feed and put me and the rest of my team on tilt for the rest of the day." So, why should he be punished for dodging the queue if the only thing he's doing is helping himself and his teammates out? Removing dodging queue punishment in ranked would just help everyone out.

So true, I was in ranked champion selection with a jungle Xin Zhao running clairvoyance and clarity and the rest of my team running smite , so instead of losing 15 lp or more I decided to dodge . Then I had to wait 30 minutes to start new game and lost 3 lp but that's not the big deal . Its the fact that I get punished for saving 4 trolls from losing lp and for doing that all I get is a 30 minute pentalty.
