Draw smarcast range indicators on terrain

Summoners rift has varying elevations (fountain is higher than your base is higher than a lane is higher than the river). Smartcast indicators also have an elevation: the same elevation of your champion. You can notice this by hovering your mouse over an ability button and walking down the steps into a lane. You'll see the indicator change in elevation when your champion does. However, the elevation is uniform for the entire indicator.

However, the actual range/path of the ability is not affected by your champion's elevation. I'm 99% sure that their location is only tracked in a plane "under" everything on the map, and the same is true for champions. (You can notice this while playing because, if someone is knocked up high, you have to aim at where they were on the ground to hit them with anything). Because the camera angle is at an angle, if your champion is "above" the plane where their location is tracked, the indicators don't match up with the actual ranges of the abilities. This is why it's obnoxiously hard to get max range cast at the top of your range indicator, but not at the bottom. It can lead to super frustrating moments where you try to do something at max range across a wall, but your champ just turns straight around when you cast something because you're actually trying to cast out of range and it just doesn't look like it.

SO: It would be nice to have the indicators either map to the terrain, or always remain on the true "base plane" where they'll line up exactly with your ranges.
