Please Help Me

I am a player just stuck in silver and cannot rank up, i know to not blame teams anymore and know that it's up to me to play consistent and carry. I main mid and would consider myself at least a Gold V player, but i need someone to help me out. i'm not looking for carries. i'm just looking for someone to maybe duo with or someone who is of really high rank who can play normals with me and give me some tips on what to improve on. Thanks for the help.

I know how you feel man. I went from bronze 5 to silver 1 with a friend (ha). I got him to gold.. once he got there he didnt wanna play with me because he said he would loose to much LP and didnt wanna risk being demoted... i dropped to silver 4 because of trolls and i stopped playing ranked becuase i didnt want to go back to bronze hell. My advice man. dont do ranked, Its just a headache. Good Luck summoner.
