Kalista Buff/Modifications

For a little while now, Kalista has dominated the bottom of the leaderboards. This is most likely due to the removal of tier 3 boots a little while back, which Kalista relied on because her passive leap distance scaled off of boot tier. The removal of the highest tier of boots has left the passive to be of little use, and makes it difficult for her to hop over even the shortest walls with it.

 While I feel a buff is needed for her, I don't think a straight buff would be the best way to go about improving her, as it would likely lead to her passive scaling too fast for other champions to keep up with. Instead, if I may, I would like to propose two things:

     1) Instead of scaling with boot tier, Kalista's passive would scale with bonus movement speed. This would not only allow her to increase her leap distance, but it would mean that her leap distance would scale at a slower rate (giving enemy champions more of a chance to capitalize on her lack of mobility in the early game).

     2) Increase the effectiveness of slows against Kalista. I'm not sure how they work now, but a slow affecting Kalista could decrease the distance of her leap by a proportional amount (if this already occurs, then increase the proportionality which the slow affects her, as she can be almost impossible to chase down at times when she has a large leap distance, and high attack speed). The reason to implement this, especially if #1 is implemented, is because #1 would likely increase her overall jump distance compared to what she had even with tier three boots (albeit she would only have a larger leap distance in the very late game). In my opinion, her leap distance doesn't have enough counterplay if it's at a place where it is actually useful (her passive isn't very useful at the moment, so counterplay isn't an issue). Allowing slows to affect her greater would simply add more counterplay when facing a Kalista (which of course she could always counter with QSS, Cleanse, etc).

Anyway, these are just my thoughts on a champion who needs a bit of love at the moment.
