I know literally no one plays top lane anymore because you cant carry games but i mean she also has the 3rd highest winrate in middle and bot lane in NA according to OP.GG But more seriously Who allowed this? Who at this company sat down and seriously said to themselves that this is okay? Why does vault need a 50% slow? Why?

Why was this ok the multiple years when she was considered a shit pick but had that win rate, because she has had the win rate since....ever.
