Is there even a public reason from Riot's crew for why you need a 4-1 vote to end a match?

Is there even a viable reason why it should even be 4-1 any more, if the given reason is outdated?

Isn't it ridiculous that a duo-queue can troll-vote against ever ending a game until another 15-20 minutes has been wasted with "afk jungling", lanes slowly being pushed to Nexus or any other variant of time-wasting that simply delays the inevitable, but doesn't prevent it?

In addition to this wouldn't there be less overall reports in League, less trolling and far less aggravation and room for aggressive comments should 3-2 voting be instilled into the game?

All 4-1 voting does is infuriate people who clearly believe a game is lost, causing more behavioural issues and compounding frustrations on a losing team.

It's really time to look at changing one of the most obvious causes of bad behaviour in the game.
