Idea for a new game mode to help players adjust to the new meta
Preface: As a former marksman main, I've found myself not playing as much because learning drastically different champions in the same role (or new matchups in different roles) almost always means feeding ___ number of times before truly getting the hang of a champion.
Idea: A game mode, using summoners rift, where all lanes (and jg) are kept entirely separate and the game automatically ends at ~10 mins. There would be no ability to gank or lane swap.* Essentially, it would be similar to the old 1v1 / 2v2 setup but on summoner's rift. This would allow players to get used to the laning patterns of champions in this drastically different meta and theory craft without getting flamed or committing to a long game. Having the game automatically end in a draw would reduce the incentive to try to break the mode. It would be purely for the players' personal data. Who knows, it might even help the game stabilize faster.
*Dividing the lanes would be my preference but I could see arguments for it making certain champs impossible to practice.
