Need some help number-crunching some attack speed values for a juggernaut

In the above concept topic, I recently lowered Celes' base attack speed to 0.550 in order to make attack speed items like bad to buy on her. To ensure she didn't suffer in her last-hits, though, I decided to give her an innate 20% bonus attack speed on her passive, kinda like what Diana gets.

Would these values be appropriate?
