Emperor's Favor Movement Speed

When I get the reward for emperor's favor all it says is "Nearby enemy minions killed by anyone other than Ancient Coin’s holder have a chance to drop either a gold or mana coin to picked up by the Coin user. " When I have the item equipped. It will show the progression of the quest but once I actually finish the quest the reward of "8% faster ally speed" Doesn't show up on the actual item, so I don't know if it's working (though I assume it is). It would be nice if when I completed the quest, that it actually shows up on the item I have equipped. I'd screen shot it, but for some reason, I can't find the screen shots I take.
