Kogmaw Trinity

So i'm à kog main even post revert. I havent been building Triforce cuz i'm not too sure of how to use it cuz of ult increasing mana cost. Since tri is core on him, I Guess he rlly needs it. But how do i use Sheen proc without spamming r too much?
