Who is the leadership at Riot?

I want to know who I can blame for their messy, unbalanced game.

There is some idiot or idiots at Riot who push their stupid vision on to the game despite the protests of their employees and from the community.

This is what happens when incompetent people with a big ego, delusional from their success that was based on being in the right place a the right time, are in charge--they will run the game into the ground until its as irrelevant as World of Warcraft.

I think that if the leaders of this company are truly gamers...they would personally read and post on theirs boards. Or maybe they are just cowards and don't have good answers for some of the many well written posts that destroy Riot logic.

Either way, I hate Riot more than anyone or anything ever in my life.
