Where can I find Zac rework spotlight?

Got him in aram and tried to google it during, no luck. He feels wonky :( Description is also not the most helpful. I couldn't really see the range of the q, idk why I was expecting it to be shown to me, I guess since there's already a circle for the 1st tied person... IDK And the ult, I thought second cast meant second press and the charge was just a delay since it doesn't say I'm the one to charge, but Zac is the one charging. For me it means it's done automatically. And his passive feels like ur in stasis FOREVER and 9 out of 10 they kill you before u revive, but then again it could be cus it was aram and all champs were there. Maybe adjust it there.
