I just dont know I'm vayne main but i also play Rengar/tristana but with vayne is hard to carry because the games are 20m and tristana is just to weak.. i dont know anymore what to play.. adcs are papers

there isn't one bro. This is season8, either your teammates throw the game or they don't.
Find the ad carry with the strongest level 2 and get level 2 first.
You'll see winrate improve
Draven. Get good with him. Climb easy. He can do good even with potatos support, until high elo. Any other Adc is going to be heavily reliant on your support. If the enemy has a better support you will have to be extremely better than him to win those games.
