Teammates who throws the game

Riot please bloody fix ur match making, i always have the people who throws the fucking game. Im gold 5 and im matching making with bloody silver 3s, i dont get the other side always always have lioke gold 4,3. It really pisses me off alot so please fucking fix it im actually done
