Give some love to the underdogs :)

Hola , i know how hard it is to balance a game like league but here's my input on some minor changes that can make huge difference to some under played/appreciated champs.

One of the oldest champ in the game, shes clearly really hard to balance, Buff her a tiny bit too much and she will be murdering the whole enemy team with her bear, nerf her slightly too much and Michael Jackson will show up every time someone will pick her to ask if they are okay. With her i wouldn't make any big change since shes one of the best champ for new players to learn how to farm etc... But a small thing i would change in her kite would be to convert a portion of the damage she receives while her E is active as mana . This will actually help her out a bit specially as a support.

No big change needed for her but a slight change to her trap cast time would definitely help her out. The difference between a good Cait and a great Cait is but isn't limited to , her usage of her traps which arent that useful in team fights, reducing the cast time as she levels up the spell would greatly increase Cait's ability to kite without making her too strong.

Bring back the flash taunt....literally thats the only thing every galio player are waiting for

This one is quite tricky just like annie you need to be super carefull with how you change him, What i would do , make his ult the same as shyvana , aka he can charge his fury and cast it anytime he wants. Increase the CD of his ult and lower his base movement speed by 5 to make it up. That alone should put gnar in A tier if not S tier.

Ap shyvana is sleeper op at the moment. but she is still lacking, with the jungle change tho she should do a litle better. One thing i would change to her would be to add ap ratio to her W as well. This will give people more build possibility

Currently twitch isn't the strongest adc but isn't that bad either he just takes way too much items to be able to compete with other adc, he does have the amazing potential to be an great jungle. Increase the damage his w and e do to monster and increase his base movement speed by 5 and watch him go.

Thats it for me , what do you guys think ? which other champions highly need a buff atm ?
