A question about Neutral Buffs
So I've been wondering for awhile, why are most of the neutral buffs on the map about dealing more damage somehow?
Is there a reason why damage dealers need more ways to deal damage and do larger amounts while tanks don't really have the same choice. If you want to be tanky you typically have to devout your entire build into tank so you can survive for a second or two in a team fight late game.
When I play tanks I enjoy being able to survive for a good while and just cc the enemy team even if I don't kill anyone. That was something that I found fun about the cinder hulk meta even with all the other bullcrap.
I think it could be beneficial if there was a nuetral buff, maybe a new dragon that negated or slowed damage somehow. Maybe in the vein of Rainduin's Omen where it has the 10% less crit damage or Death's Dance where it has the Bleed out over time. Or maybe some other type of mechanic but i feel a buff of damage reduction would be a good addition to the game.
I would love to hear anyone else's thoughts on this.
