I can't carry as jungle

I always can't carry as jungle. I really like to play early game jungles, mosty bruisers, with lots of cc. I always get my team first blood and snowball from their. The problem is late game, I can't do anything for my team. like, I already fulfilled my role, and I can't do anything for them after lining phase because I like to play jg like sejuani and reksai which are good early game gankers. Our team was almost 15 kills ahed of the other team, and we still lost. Why? Because a heimer in my team was 9/1 rly fed, and he keeps dying for kills that are worthless. With the new gold system, he keeps diving for like a Draven thats 1/5 thats worth 200 gold while he's worth like 600. he keeps thinking its 1 for 1 and thats not how it works. I keep tellingg my team Kills < Less deaths but they don't listen. I ended up with a score of 13/1/14 and I don't know what to do anymore. Maybe yi or some crazy late game hyper carry better?
