Is 5 man ranked team q ever coming back?

I was wondering if we are ever going to be able to q as 5 man ranked teams again. I realize that with the launch of dynamic q you are able to q with 4 friends... but not as your ranked team. Not like I'm looking to become a pro or anything, but it was nice to be able to q with friends that are outside of my elo range and still play ranked. Also, it was a pain to get the rewards last season already and now a good chunk of the season is over without being able to play a single game as my team...
