How do people know your doing dragon/baron?

So I'm in a game as Khazix JG and at level 8 I can solo dragon, I sweep the dragon pit and pink ward it just in case and stand behind the dragon in case i need to E out. I get about half way and I notice mid lane and bot lane MIA, next thing I know theres 4 with me in the dragon pit and I gave a free dragon leash.

My question is how did people know?? There weren't any wards, maybe sound? Only sound I know you can hear in the fog of war is statikk shiv.

I think you can see dragon's attacks, sometimes? They might also have had wards along your path to dragon, so keep an eye out for that as well.

As a jungle main, if I haven't seen their jungler for a while, and their laners are playing in a specific way, I can tell with almost absolute certainty that the enemy jungler is on drag or will be soon. I couldn't specify what I mean by the way the laners are playing, but you get a sense for these things.

Maybe there was a ward that saw you going into the dragon pit that you missed and since they didn't see you come out for awhile they knew you were soloing? You have to remember, you won't get everything with 1 sweeper.

Most likely your enemy jgler warded up your jungle and saw you going into the river near dragon, because you were MIA for around half of that drakes health they knew something was fishy. So they knew you were soloing drag.
