Will "Children of the Grave" be given to a new Champion somewhere down the line?

While Mordekaiser is gonna be losing his ability to create a ghost clone of an enemy, it wasn't really balanceable on him. That kind of ultimate more fits a dedicated mage, not a bruiser or juggernaut.

That said, the ability to create a ghost clone of a slain enemy is something I'd still like to retain, though not on Morde. Would it be possible for Children of the Grave to return in the future on a new Champion?
