Tips on Rek'Sai

Hi all,

I have been playing Ranked and have found myself to be a very middle of the road player. Good map awareness and teamfight abilities, but I am by no means a "Carry" player. I've found most of my success to be either top lane or in the jungle, but even when I top my mains ( and ) I can find it difficult to carry because I'm not the most gifted player, albeit a fairly solid one.

Moving forward, I feel that jungle is the role that will allow me to bring the most to the team.

Rek'Sai has really caught my eye. She sticks out to me on a couple of fronts:

She's fun to play.
Great map presence, and you can't put a price on Tremor sense.
Decent teamfight with her knock up.
She can allow me to snowball my lanes so that someone will be able to carry.

All that being said, I would love some advice on playing her! Any tips, build advice/order (better to go full tank or Bruiser?) would be greatly appreciated.

Reksai has been nerfed over and over again for being oppressive in the pro scene. All thanks to the Global pressure that she provides.

Set up your tunnel network though out your Jungle, and use your ult to get back into the Jungle, accelerating you farm speed over the enemy Jungler. (the so called "Farm Alarm")

other than that, work on your ganks, and get your teammates ahead. And if your team lacks the coordination, then you might just want a more Overtly powerful Jungler.

In my opinion abusing her burrow to tunnel under huge walls is a great advantage she has gank wise. For example if you're ganking blues top laner you can go to the top of blue jungle and tunnel under the full length of that rocky outcrop to the right of their tier 1 tower, often coming out behind the enemy, it's also not often warded. Pink wards and sweeper trinket make her ganks silly.

But she definitely cant carry even if ahead.

I love her though, bought her recently.

End the game ASAP. She falls off insanely hard, like Alistar but with only 1 CC move.

Gank often and Early. If a laner gets ahead, gank for them, if the bot lane has 5 days of CC, gank for them them, if the squishies have no escapes/dashes gank them. Oh and if any of these: Veigar Vayne Jinx Yasuo are your opponents, murder them early and even more often, if allies, try get them ahead (or leave them alone if its farm lane, better to not draw attention to it)
