New emotes

Why are you avoiding adding any new ways of communication with your team and instead adding emotes for people to buy with real money. In your video, "Stop Dying While Typing" even the title suggests new forms of communications and with this you settle all other input about how there is lack of communication in game. Can anyone else voice their opinion on this?
