The "Buffs are for everyone"

So I was jungling today, as trundle, and doing quite well. At the time this happened I was 6/2. Our Lucian(mid) was 2/3/4 and walks towards my blue and I kinda ping him off saying "Hey I need that" and he completely ignores me and takes it anyways. There has to be something to prevent that. It is quite tilting when you are doing a great deal for the team, and they just come by and take your camps and buffs a jungler. Id get reported for sitting and taking an entire one of their waves for nothing, but get no safety in return? I would love something that helps deter players from farming their teams jungle. Maybe reduce rewards for non smite champions or something? Because I cant stand having my main source of XP and gold being taken by teammates...
