Does Azir really need a rework? I sure as hell dont want him reworked...

As Far as I can tell its fault

Rylai made Azirs kit broken year ago because he could apply 40% slows all the time

He cannot do this nowdays since rylai got bunch of changes. Yet azir has been left in horrible spot and they have even more horrible idea for him which is rework...

The whole he is unhealthy when viable Philosophy is retarded. After all same RIOT buffed kassadin/fizz not so long ago to stupid levels
