Volibear is dead?
According to opgg they can’t even determine volibear’s main lane is, also volibear’s jungle winrate is 47% and volibear top is 45%. Is he really that bad now?

Hes one of the few champs that is pretty lack luster in versatility. He singed knock ups, slows, and Frenzy and/or thunderclaps. You can reverse order of first 2 and last 2 depending on order. Think his passive has more depth as you can determine when to all in or not based on it.
If they really want to do something about it a idea I have revolves around his roar being a switched out with a deploy-able totem that only he can interact with with his other abilities for specific interactions. Hes technically a shaman in his lore (old one maybe not sure bout new one).
