Vladimir deserves a large buff, a rework, or we need the old Vladimir back.

- I have been playing Vladimir
for quiet some time and I've noticed something about the new
he reminds me of
currently now before you say that's ridiculous and silly hear me out. As you know the champion is based on stealing the fluid of life while simultaneously using his own life fluid to kill people for his murderous desires but currently it just feels as if he's killing himself more than anything I mean I've played him AP bruiser, Full AP, Full tank, and even tried him ad, but he still seems to be a horrible champion to play with your tides of blood using 10% of your current health and being difficult to hit an enemy since they can just walk behind minions and his sanguine pool being his only escape costing 20% of your current health and your transfusion only dealing bonus Damage on the third cast which there is also a bar for enemies to see when your going to cast it so they can just walk away as the time for it runs out and even though you get a small speed boost you still aren't fast enough to catch up to them it seems to me that
is a lot like
in the fact that even with giving him a little speed what does that do for him and even then i feel
is still stronger since if you can catch up to the enemy you can get off insane damage or even kill the enemy but for
if you catch up to them you will usually get a trade that you will more than often lose and the enemy can also trade when they please since your transfusion does not do enough damage to trade back unless if its the third proc which we all know they aren't going to try to fight you when your third proc is up so they win the trade and you try to get some health back with your q but it just is not enough and before you know it they want to trade again and you can't stop them because you know if you try to use your sanguine pool it will just be a trade for them and that's to say if your even lucky enough to get away without them trying to bait your sanguine pool so they can cc you and kill you. But anyways the point I am trying so hard to make here is he just isn't as good as he was before his small rework i feel as if riot tried to rework him just to make him so weak and useless that nobody could win with him, I mean hey don't get me wrong he is strong in team fights but in my elo people are always running in and dying 1 v 4 because they don't have map awareness so the game is more based on 1v1's, 2v2's, and some 3v3's give or take a person or two for each fight so basically i feel riot needs to I don't know remove his meter for his transfusion or make the final stack go away after you use the next transfusion or increase the movement speed you get for it or decrease the health used for the abilities or something i would be much happier if
was returned to his prior state before the rework but i know that isn't going to work but that
felt much more balanced than what we have now and I know for a fact that
was not balanced. I'm open to any opinion just please try not to be rude :D
