How do you build Xin Zhao JG/Top? Devourer/Warrior/Etc

JUNGLE XIN Ive seen many Xin's build Sated Devourer, but I am not too sure that it is a good item on him. I know it gives Xin the 2 hit Q/W but is it really worth it? I usually see a build like below:

Give or take on the Guinsoo's, this build does make Xin pretty strong lategame and outscales the regular Xin build. I find that Xin is an early gamer, so I think a build like this would work better:

This build gives Xin great early game damage, and just good damage overall, while being fairly tanky/sticky. As far as I know, Xin can build pretty much whatever. Season 6 brings so much to the table, I don't know what to build on several champs anymore. Any Xin mains willing to give tips?

TOP XIN I want to play Xin toplane too, and I am again confused what to build. This build lets you demolish squishies and be pretty hard to kill. The stickiness is fantastic as well.

Tips/help desperately wanted for top/jg builds...
