Why isnt anyone talking about Ryze anymore?

I know he got gutted pretty hard after his rework but still hes pretty enjoyable and playable even tho hes R is a bit weird compared to his other abilities and pretty anticlimatic i still like him he was my first ever champ i bought and played i absolutely love this champ :)
