Nexus Blitz

So, finally decided to swing by the Blitz and see what's up. Why on earth is Innervating Locket in there? Lol

I've noticed nobody noticed, or knows, what it does on Udyr. Especially in a sped up mode where he can skill spam.

Gonna try it, will update.

Edit: Figured it out. Damage is so ridiculously high that it... helps, a lot, more so on Jayce than Udyr now due to gap close, but it's actually not too badly offset by some of the Nexus items.
