Did riot ever consider a Keystone/item that modified the size and cast times of none CC spells?
I'm just thinking outside the box here. Part of the reason AD carries are so good is because of the reliability of their auto attacks. You can't dodge an auto attack.
For mages to generally land their spells, most times the target has to be slowed or CC'ed. The problem with CC tho is it allows not just the mage to get their spells off, but their entire team as well.
So, what is there was a keystone that could modify the size and cast time of none CC spells. It would greatly improve the reliability of mages while not benefitting their CC to much.
Just something for riot to consider if they haven't already.
