First Turret Gold

So, I watch youtubers and the like stream and play league a lot. It's a great way to pick up tactics passively. While watching NightBlue3, when his team destroyed the first turret, he always says "10K Gold!". If a team were to receive 10k gold split among five players, that's 2k a piece. However, he has had less than 2k consistently after killing the first turret. So:

Is the 10k gold statement simply inaccurate?
Is the gold added in a "bleed", where it's added over time?

P.S. When NB3 destroys someone ingame, he says CY@, pronounced "See Why At Sign". It's obviously a joking mock, but does anyone know specifically what that means?

Seriously? Dude, you can see how much gold the tower is worth on screen. He says things for emphasis like when he thanks people for being subbed to him for 12 years.

Thank you guys. I realize now that 10k gold is super crazy, and would be a huge advantage. Nonetheless, thanks to the people that helped lol.
