Can we nerf some damage on a few champions?

Champions whose kits have a shit ton of utility like ryze and twitch need to be nerfed. Ryze's q hit me for near 1300 damage before he had half build wtf? Twitch's spray and pray did 2600 damage are you fucking shitting me? Like he can turn invisible and do 2600+ worth of damage. Why the fuck can he fuckign do that. I was shocked as fuck when I saw how much damage he had done in 2 seconds of a fight. Wtf.
