Lower Priority Queue Issues..

Pretty much everything. I haven't had a dc warning given by riot for several months now, because I almost never dc/afk. Computer decides to give up on me in one NORMAL 5v5 game, and I get hit with a 20 min wait time for 5 games. And if you think there's nothing wrong with that, there's one more simple issue that riot never bothered fixing. Say you're 10 min in the queue wait time, and you get some messages by another player. The LPQ (Lower Priority Queue) won't let you click the god damn message tabs and see/type/reply to whoever sent the message. Is it really fair to waste 100 minutes for having a single time connection issue in a NORMAL?? This is more understandable if this penalty is only for ranked mode... An alternative can be just a 5 minute wait time over 5 games for people leaving in normals, then 10 min, then like 3 day suspension and so on..
