The shear amount of toxic behavior in solo queue has literally ruined this game. Riot claims to have a tribunal working to stop toxic players, yet they keep coming up and none of them ever get any fucking punishment. It's like Riot could literally care less about the community. I quit.

Toxic players are actually getting tons of punishment, chat restrictions are rolling down like thunder and you crybabies still aren't happy. Please grow up, riot is a company and they are doing their best. They aren't magicians
BTW... i don't have many issues with toxicity in my games ( maybe 1 out of 15 games will someone be mean to me) so perhaps the problem has something to do with YOUR behavior and they way it upsets other players
