Trying to power level a new account

Just as the title stated, I'm attempting to power level a new account before season 7 starts. Right now I am sitting at level 10. I plan to switch from intermediate bot matches to normal blinds.

I was wondering if anyone knew a rough estimate on the XP difference between:

-Bot Match Win -Bot Match Loss (yes, it does happen) -Blind Win -Blind Loss

My hope is that even at a 50% W/L in blinds, it still averages more XP than spamming bot matches. I've read that it takes roughly 150 bot matches to reach level 30, averaging the time it takes, about 4 days straight of playing. TBH, I have a full time job and children to tend to, so my time is fairly limited. Yet I'm still trying to meet my deadline of making the S7 opening to do my placements.

This is all without using XP buffs unless I get a nice little early birthday girt from friends or Riot, lol.
