Nidalee on Urf "nerf" request

Not as much of a nerf as much as just asking to dial it down. Her leap in cougar form is up every 1 second, and she's almost uncatchable. I'm asking for a minor shift to 1.2.-1.3 second timer as I believe this will add up and balance it out more.
