Make towers hurt

My top laner just fed fizz and renekton about 10 kills in lane while also managing to pickup kills and assists from our jungler's ganks. Im not sure how he had time to do this, but he claimed he couldnt sit under tower. Please make towers a bit stronger early so that I can carry these toplaners.
