Can Riot developers change the team ranked time frame?

I am high school student and i have been play LOL for 3 years now. The team ranked time starts at 7 during the weekdays and 5 on the weekends, although it fits my schedule but it doesnt fit my teammates, so can riot plz change the time frame for the team ranked so we can earn end-season reward?
