riot i got a serious question about certain decisions from your side on the new gamemode

mostly these are item questions. and the same question goes for bloodmoon when it was new. why are the following items in bloodmoon(were in bm) and are in star guard?
none of these you could/can use in these 2 gamemodes. so why are they in there

why is the SG map so lovely and detailed but the free camera is restricted? look at this. this thing is sliding down and climbing back up again. its super cute but you'll never see it unless you run there for no reason.
