@Reds, What do you do when you go into work? (specifically game/balance devs, not a QQ thread)

This isn't a complaint thread, just general curiosity. What do you do when you're working?

Assuming Riot hires people for full time jobs, you would assume that you are working at least 30hr weeks.

Amateur computer geeks can make simple mods for games, by themselves in less time, so I am curious where professional developers use their time.

That's a lot of time to be making changes, especially since according to the wiki there is 25 members of the 'Game design' Team. I don't know how current it is, but even assuming only 10 of you are currently employed, what are you spending those combined 300+ hours/week on?

Why does it take months for champ updates to happen, even years in some cases (Donger, Urgot)?

Same with you skin freaks. Amateur designers at home make some pretty detailed custom skins by themselves, what takes whole teams of professionals weeks to do it?
