New Rotating Game mode Idea

Make the map so we play on summoner's rift 5v5 map. Start off the game with everyone at level 18 with 20,000 gold. Have only Inhib towers left. Spawn in baron and elder dragon at 3 minutes. This will teach new players how to play extreme late game and it will be quick and fun. I think the game is most intense when both teams are roughly even and the game pushes to the 40 minute mark and any mistake will cost you the game.
