Inviting Friends in Practice Mode
Inviting Friends to be allies or enemies in practice mode would be nice, while keeping all of the settings (add gold, cd reduction, infinite regen etc) intact.
Here are some of the many cool things I could think of:
-
Practicing Fiora Riposte while your friend is attacking you. I find it hard personally to riposte Darius's E (Apprehend) but it is possible. There are so many animations for all sorts of skills and practicing to read and react fast enough would be awesome.
-
Practicing insec Lee Sin mechanics on a moving target aka your friend to create more realistic scenarios.
-
Practicing to dodge Alistar W, with ward jump as Lee Sin. Could be crucial in ganks. Or just practicing to Flash an Alistar W.
-
Practicing J4's E+Q+ Flash on a moving target aka your friend for cases where the initial E+Q knock up misses (because enemy dodges) but you flash to knock them up anyways. Relatively hard mechanic that would require practice to perfect.
-
Practicing Shen's E (taunt)+ Flash Combo. While most people might use this to gap close unpredictably, you can also use it when the enemy side steps or preemptively flashes. The taunt still connects if you flash behind them- even in weird angles. Would require a moving target for this scenario.
-
Practicing Yasuo's W (Windwall). Cancerous mechanic to most, extremely important mechanic to Yasuo mains. Certain skill shot projectiles are faster and harder to read. Trying out new things like blocking Ornn's ult. Even trying to block Lux's ult and failing- cuz you can't block it lul.
-
Practicing Janna's Q (Howling Gale) to stop so many different engages/gap closers. Jax Q, Lee sin Q, Alistar W, J4's E+Q, Talon's Q etc.
-
Practicing to react to a Malphite Ultimate by flashing.
-
Landing a CC on Zed after he reappears from his ult behind you.
-
Dodging skill shots with Master Yi's Q (Alpha Strike).
-
Practicing to use QSS immediately as an ADC to any CC from a Sejuani Ultimate to a teemo blind. It feels so good to immediately remove a cc and outplay your opponent. I recall this one time where I Qssed a TF yellow card perfectly to the point where the "suppose to happen stun" didn't even disrupt my auto attacking animation. Legit Frame Perfect.
_And the list goes on. _
While I think playing real games with people is the best way to learn the game in a general sense, this practice mode could be really useful and time efficient to practice+repeat micro mechanics. Learning to understand Macro game play and doing objectives will win most of your games, but it's important (rewarding) to execute any of the things mentioned in the list perfectly as well.
