Muting specific champions

Could we please get the ability to mute specific champions and their voice lines or at least put a limit to how much one can spam laugh, taunt, and joke? It's absolutely ear-grating to hear the same line or laugh spammed over 400 times in one match, especially when you do need to be able to hear specific ability sounds or champion VOs to be able to react in the literal particle-cluster that is teamfights now-a-days.

Sure you can turn off voices, but some champions have fantastic VOs and it's entertaining to hear them interact with practically everything. Hearing "YOU CAN'T MILK THOSE" or the same laugh for the umph-teenth time is just migraine inducing.
