My ranking doesnt change and when lol is recording my games wrong

I started playing this game years ago and i dont remember what email i used when i started this game so i can sign into the help page. Plus, my ranking hasnt changed in a long time, and when i look at my game history im winning games yet it records as if i lost the game. Am i hacked? can an lol tec person help me? When i look at the history of the games i won it says i did when i click on the match but it records as a lost :(. My game name is DeepSpace23
