Zyra Plants and Rylais

In Patch 5.13, Rylais passive slow has been changed from 35% / 1,5 s for single target spells and 15% / 1,5s for AoE and DoT spells to 40% / 1,5 s for single target spells, 40% / 1s for AoE spells and 20% / 1s for DoT spells and minion attacks.

Previously, if you had Rylais as Zyra, the plants' attacks would be treated as single target and Thorn Spitter would slow for 35% / 1,5s. With the Rylais changes, however, it says that the attacks of summoned minions only slow for 20% / 1s. So, are the plants' auto attacks still seen as single target spells and therefore slow for 40% / 1,5s, or did Zyra get a ninja nerf and now has a Thorn Spitter only slowing for 20% / 1s?
