Does Entering Stealth Stop Point-and-Click Cast Timers?
I was playing Nasus just now, and I was ganked by my jungler, Jax. My opponent was Akali. I ran up to them mashing W, and when I got in range, Nasus stopped, raised his hand, and the blue casting timer bar filled up. Jax and I ran after Akali, but it was then that I realized that I hadn't actually slowed her. But by then, Akali had already used her high-skill 3 free long-range dashes to get too far away. Yeah, that's a little salt coming out, I hate Akali, but that's not the point of this thread.
I looked back at the footage I recorded, and it turns out that I cast my W as she was using her Twilight Shroud to enter stealth. But look closely at this: my W's casting timer fills up completely before it just stops and the ability flashes as its cooldown is cancelled. If my W had stopped in the middle, it would be clear, but it didn't. It definitely completed the cast. Also, Akali actually entered stealth and became invisible slightly before the cast time was finished. I also looked at the wiki's page on stealth, and it doesn't say anything about breaking cast timers. Thoughts?
